The way each ethnic group utilizes plants often reflects their living environment and cultural uniqueness: it is of important anthropological significance. However, industrialization and commercialization have greatly cutback how plants are used in human’s life nowadays. The wisdom of how to make use of plants should be archived and further testified with modern science to promote it further. This section displays dozens of plants used in food, clothing, transportation and religious ceremony. We hope to draw more public attention to our ancestors’ wisdom on plant usage through this garden.
